- eApp offers electronic applications of the application Part I and solicitation forms to streamline the submission experience and reduce turn-around-times from submission to Personal History Interview (PHI). Not currently available for CA/NY or 1035 exchanges.
- Online scheduling offers clients the option to schedule their PHI online vs. over the phone.
- eDelivery offers an electronic way to collect signatures on delivery and ensures the Delivery Requirements are returned to Lincoln in good order. Not currently available in NY
