Global Atlantic – International Strategy Hang Seng Index Termination/Replacement

In light of two recent executive presidential orders which placed limits on investments in Chinese companies, Global Atlantic has made the decision to terminate the 1-Year Point-to-Point International Strategy utilizing the Hang Seng Index. For NEW BUSINESS, we will be terminating the International Strategy on Lifetime Foundation ELITE in all states. For IN-FORCE policies in all states except Florida, we will be terminating the International Strategy. For IN-FORCE policies in Florida, the Hang Seng Index will be replaced with the MSCI-EAFE Index. These changes ensure that Global Atlantic is compliant with the above referenced executive presidential orders.
